3 Fonteinen Schaarbeekse Kriek is obtained by macerating local hand-picked full Schaerbeek cherries on young traditional lambic for at least one year, in a ratio of one kilo per liter. The cherry lambic is assembled with young lambic and bottled, after which our famous Schaerbeek Kriek ripens in the bottle for about a year. Refined and with evolution in the glass. Natural fruit, without the addition of juices, syrups or sugars. Unfiltered and unpasteurised.
