  I was amazed at the balance that has been achieved with this brew. Big notes of roast tempered by a deep and sumptuous chocolate taste which is velvet to the tounge and to the mind. Flavour top to bottom without the expected big alcohol bloom. The 8 Wired brewers have achieved after many years of practice an absolutely cracking drink. My many thanks to the team. Please repeat as often as you are able, I certainly will return to the scene of this crime.
