When we searched for a name for our latest sour creation, it seemed fitting to reflect the sheer quantity of fresh Marlborough Cherries we added to the ferment.

This super sour sour ale has been souring away in funky red wine barrels and has been finished with a huge volume of cherries equating to roughly a "fist full" per 500mL bottle.
