Now Pouring on Growlers & Squealers

 TAP 1: 8 Wired Flat White Coffee Milk Stout

Flat White is based on a traditional English milk stout. This beer contains lactose, an unfermentable sugar from milk. Containing freshly roasted Brazilian and Cuban coffee from C4 in Christchurch, the combination of lactose and coffee brings together the ingredients of a Flat White. This silky smooth beer is going to have flavours of coffee, chocolate and sweet lactose.

5.5% ABV

TAP 2: Modus Operandi Zoo Feeder IPA

Fresh pine and citrus hop aromas can be expected thanks to a blend of our favourite Australian and American hops. We took a classic English style IPA and made it a stronger and bolder “American Style” by beefing up the malt bill and just adding some more hops to it. Back in the late forties, Hallstrom (our M.O. man) purchased forty acres of farm land right here for 32,000 pounds to ensure the animals up at Taronga Zoo were provided the freshest grub possible.
