Our second release of our barrel ageing program, a Berliner-Weisse is based on the classic 16th century beer style known for it’s light refreshing body, mild sourness and spritzy mouthfeel. This batch has been brewed using 50% Barley, 50% Wheat, soured using single strain lactobacillus and aged for 4 months on a mix of French and American oak. Refreshing, complex and incredibly drinkable.
