A classic Berliner-style Weisse beer brewed with only the very best malt we could get our hands on, soured in tank and finished off with two different yeast strains. The result: a super dry sour Berliner with subtle bready malt characters, delightfully complex yeast derived characters of rose petal lemon, honey, apple pie and Turkish delight, finished out with a crisp, clean lactic sourness. Wildly crushable and intricate.
