This triple IPA was brewed in collaboration with Seven Island Brewery, a gypsy brewery from Greece known for their amazing hoppy beers. We used seven different hops to celebrate the seven islands represented in their brewery's name. With massive additions of Aloha, Citra, Equanot, Sabro, Southern Passion, Pacific Jade, and Enigma, this beer is intensely hoppy with a pleasant bitterness and delicate body.
