This variation was originally created for the popular 3-day Speedway Grand Prix event in our Tasting Room and features coconut added multiple times during the brewing process, Madagascar vanilla beans, and locally roasted Hawaiian coffee.

This beer balances the intense rich, fruity flavours of the vanilla and coconut with the roast of the coffee and the chocolate and caramel flavours of our imperial stout.
