This imperial red was inspired by our much loved Canis Majoris. “Canis” took out champion IPA and Best Beer in Show at the Royal Adelaide Beer Awards as soon as it was released. We have taken all we love about that beer, the abundance of piney, resin hop and big malt body and added the toffee complexity of a red ale. At 8% it will warm the heart and delight the palate.
