While the amount of pomace to beer remained the same for the 2022 release, we adjusted the contact time and increased the inoculation of our house culture.

The barrels blended were selected for their uplifting palette and good balance of oak and acidity. The result is a vibrant but complex beer, a tarter cousin of the 2021 Chardonnay blend. It bubbles with citrus and stone fruit on the back of an earthiness from its life on pomace.
