Cold-steeped coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia helps emphasise the citrus and berry flavours in this dark sour beer. Blackcurrants were also added near the end of fermentation to add brightness and further complexity.

Coffee and what now?
The blend of coffee and currents has never been on my "top tastes" list ...ever
until now.
this is an amazing blend of a sour beer with the unmistakable taste of a mild black coffee, i say mild because maybe the sour takes the bitterness away?
either way, it is something you WILL be coming back for more, not to smash a four pack, but to sit and marvel at the taste, you will not be disappointed.

a combo that sound like it couldnt work, but does, spectacularly!
all these different flavours...coffee, currants and sour beer yeast, malt and hops, and alcohol, all combine and balance perfectly with an almost nitro like mouthfeel for a spectacular and unique beer experience.
