Inspiration was based on a refresh of the Batch icon as well as our classic American Pale Ale. We wanted to ‘modernize’ it a bit, both in relation to making the man/person more friendly and approachable, but also for the beer itself….we wanted to bring the OG APA we created and give it a modern twist with varied hops as well as a nod to the fact Batch was the first brewery in Marrickville.
