This modern Pale Ale uniquely showcases the great ingredients from both sides of the ditch! We layered up great quality Gladfield malts in a classic Pale Ale style, with some wheat for body and a sprinkle of Supernova for a dry yet malty flavour and colour. Rakau hops provide a clean bitterness for good drinkability and a stone fruit punch that pairs perfectly with the much loved Aussie Vic Secret and it's punchy mango hit that ties it all together. A true trans-tasman ale, designed for a sensible session.
