Mr. Hoptopus: a single hopped Mosaic hazy; the first of an eight-beer Single Hop series. Dry hopped multiple times, he is massively aromatic, boasting a full lineup of tropical fruits on the nose. Mr. Hoptopus is packed full of dank, resinous flavour and comes to a decidedly dry and bitter finish.
