Thiols, this hazy IPA has got them all. Big passionfruit, guava and coconut billowing from all ends of the flavour spectrum. We have used a healthy dose of Phantasm in this beer to enhance the aromas of the beer - its made from Marlborough sauvignon blanc grapes, which are rich in the compound that works with yeast to create these big fruity flavours!
