This ale is brewed predominantly on a base of Scottish & UK base malts which allow the rich malt character to set the scene. As it warms, the lashings of botanical Scottish heather honey present an aromatic, fragrant and alluring infusion in this rich and complex Wee Heavy.

Expect subtle smoke notes, which are a result of yesteryears heather moor burning, finally making it into the honey in the form of a subtle campfire smokiness. Aged in Highland Single Malt Whisky oak wood and finally rounded out with an elegant vanilla spice.
