Much like we did with Aussie Jingle Bells, we're taking something from our mates up north and making it our own. Using a New England IPA base we've used an all Aussie hop line up to give you a flavour profile reminiscent of the topping on Mum's Christmas Day pavlova -- fresh pineapples, mandarins and passionfruits.
