Beer Description: 

Traditional Scottich ales are malt focused beers that are full bodied yet lowish in alcohol. They are somewhat similar to English ales, but with lower hopping rates and colder fermentation temperatures, lending to less fruitiness from the yeast and posessing a more lager-like character. Stronger than Light and Heavy Scottish ales but weaker than Wee Heavy ales, Export strength ales somewhere in the middle when it comes to strength. It's a pretty confusing strength tier system if you ask us!
