We dry hopped this beer with Aussie Galaxy hops & NZ Wai-iti Hops. 2 of our favourites, in the whole wide world. this beer was crafted with belgian pilsner malt, wheat malt & chit, dry hopped with Galaxy, Wai-iti & Nelson Sauvin Hops in the Whirlpool, Belgian yeast. *Contains Gluten

Boatrocker Pilsner is a New World Pilsner. It's our little nod to the amazing pilsners from Northern Germany...with a little love from New Zealand hops. We crafted this beer with only the best German pilsner malt, then loaded it up with some choice Kiwi hops (including late boil hop bursting & dry hopping).

Special 16th Birthday Release Beer Style: Nitro Double Irish Red Ale To celebrate our 16th Birthday, we took a trip down memory lane to the beer that started it all at Rocks Brewing Co, the Irish Red Ale. 16 years on, we are bigger, bolder, and full of character. This beer is no different. Based on the original recipe, turned up to 16 this Irish Red Ale is rich with chocolate, caramel, and sweet biscuit malt flavour. Full bodied with a beautifully silky mouthfeel made possible by the addition of NITRO! Shake well and pour hard. Happy Birthday to us!

Malibu is a California IPA brewed for punchy flavour and extreme drinkability. We’ve dry-hopped this beachside banger with the holy trinity - Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic to deliver maximum Cali vibes. As usual, we have used an ultra lean malt base to give us a very bright and clear appearance as you pour it. Aromas of lychee, passionfruit, blueberries and tropical papaya swim around in the glass, inviting you in to take a dip. Lychee, white grape, tangerine and more papaya dominate the palate, keeping things ultra refreshing. Crisp and snappy on the finish, this one is purpose built for whiling away the day and watching the sun set over the ocean. Take another sip and watch as the light just radiates.

Golden Valley is our homage to Orval, the Belgian Trappist beer that has served as a huge inspiration for our brewing philosophy at Slow Lane. A bitter ale fermented with a Belgian Abbey yeast strain and dry hopped with Styrian Golding hops, then can-conditioned with Brettanomyces to give the beer its distinctive complexity. Similarly to Orval, this is a living beer and its flavours will continue to develop during extended cellaring.

A full bodied porter with a rich malt backbone, with plenty of decadent chocolate and caramel malts, as well as the addition of oats to give it that smooth mouthfeel - all coming together for a solid beer you can get behind!

A sessionable ale brewed with Australian Galaxy hops smuggled by some colourful types from the sea to the mountains. Blended together with American Idaho 7, Mosaic and Amarillo for vibrant tropical fruit flavours that float effortlessly through a smooth, hazy body and refreshing finish.

We're trippin' around the world on a lupulin adventure and our first stop is New Zealand. This hazy IPA is chocka with sweet floral aromas and juicy tropical hop flavours of poached pear, zesty lime, sticky fig and grassy resin from Rakau, Wakatu and Motueka.

8% ABV

This specialty 9th b’day release is a tidy reinterpretation of last year’s Deal or no Deal Hazy IIPA – which, if you recall, was 11%. We dialled that back, and reckon it’s sitting pretty. It pours thick and golden, like mango nectar. Expect aromas of tropical fruit, flowering indica, and resinous pine. To drink, it’s assertive and fruity, with well-integrated bitterness and a finish of ripe stone fruit.

We’ve got a thing for the guys at Quoll Headquarters and their Quolls. It’s where Steve and his team breed, preserve and protect the Quoll, a little Australian carnivorous marsupial that hunts its prey at night with stealth and efficiency. Cute with a nasty side- the opposite to this premium lager that’s smooth with hints of noble hops. We are donating $5 from every carton sold of Night Hunter Premium Lager to Quoll Headquarters to aid in preservation and protection of the Quoll.
