White Chocolate Porter Porter - Other
Beer Description: It’s our classic Choc Milk Porter, made with white chocolate. Infused with vanilla and milk sugar, this velvety smooth white porter gives sweet confectionery flavours.
Quick Jazz IPA - Milkshake
Beer Description: Part two of a dual release with our mates at Mountain Culture. The brew involved a combo of oats, milk sugar, double dry hopping with Citra Cryo, El Dorado Cryo, Sabro Cryo & T90 Nelson Sauvin, before fermentation with an English Ale strain both breweries adore. We’d love to share more deets, but you know what they say: what happens on the Peninsula, stays on the Peninsula. Instead, we invite you to enjoy the creamy, velvety, juicy fruits of our labour. You’ll experience dank and guava notes with a mass of peach and apricot on the palate. It’s a combination of harmonic structure, instrumental virtuosity and melodic tempo.
Tip of the Spear Pilsner - German
Beer Description: Whether against vicious Viking raiding parties raiding in the dead of night, or the full might of the Roman Empire, the Germanic tribes of the Frisii people could put up one hell of a fight. In fact the Frisia Coast is one large Viking graveyard where thousands were helped on their way to Valhalla. Our North German Pilsner is dedicated to these fierce, noble people. We're sure that after a never ending day of holding the line, jostling to be at the forefront, the tip of the spear if you will, that an ice-cold, cave-lagered Pilsner is exactly what the village healer ordered.
Cherry and Rhubarb Dark Lager Lager - Dark
Beer Description: This dark lager has soft chocolate, caramel and coffee notes that team up well with tart and fruity flavours from 200kg of rhubarb and cherries added on brew day.
Yuzukoshō Sour - Fruited Gose
Beer Description: In Japan, during the briefest of seasonal windows, green yuzu on the cusp of ripeness is combined with crushed green chilli and salt, then fermented to create a uniquely piquant seasoning. Inspired by this tradition, Yuzukoshō is a kettle soured pilsner, brewed with green chilli, the fresh zest of locally grown green yuzu and a judicious dose of sea salt. The result is a beer that captures the essence of seasonal freshness, bursting with salty sour citrus, and delicate chilli heat. Oishi!

6AM Stout - Imperial / Double Coffee
Beer Description: We have been quietly working on our dark beers over the last few months and we think we're onto something. Recruiting the expertise of James at Seventhwave Coffee in Redfern, we trialled a number of single origin coffees and settled on this amazing Grade 1 Ethiopean Arabica from the Guji Region. In addition to the coffee we used cherrywood smoked malts so expect a subtle smokiness mingled with the robust coffee flavours.
Quite Frankly IPA - New England / Hazy
Beer Description: Quite Frankly is a brand new IPA brewed with generous helpings of Mosaic LUPOMAX, Citra Cryo, Centennial and Citra. This IPA is the sibling of Without Doubt, an oat heavy IPA released two weeks ago. For this batch we've taken out all the oats and replaced them with multiple varieties of wheat. At 50% of the malt bill, we've really bumped up the wheat content in this one. The colour is a nice, bright hazy orange with a beautiful fluffy head. The body is smooth and full with the wheat adding a distinct crispness to the mouthfeel. Early Mosaic brings notes of berry and soft papaya with Citra and Centennial coming through late with notes of juicy citrus, lychee and passionfruit. The finish is succulent and juicy with a tropical sweetness left o

Brewed with thoughtful malt base consisting of Coopers Pale Malt and Malted Oats we then gave this beer a double dry hop treatment with a combination of German grown Calypso and Hallertau Blanc hops and American grown Simcoe hops. A noble and unique drop that exudes peach and black tea characterises. A nice departure from that same-old-same flavour every hazy IPA seems to have these days.
Long Table Organic Table Beer
Beer Description: Weighing in at an elegant 2.8%, this little wild ale has been reimagined into a can format from our original Long Table 750mL bottled wild ale released back in late 2015 (Long Table 750mL was probably the first low abv table beer wild ale in the country). LONG TABLE ORGANIC is modelled upon a naturally low abv wild ale that speaks of our place. Made with our mixed wild culture and brewed naturally in French oak, this refreshing wild ale is also Certified Organic. The decision to go down the Organic path with this wild ale was an easy one, considering the low ABV, we felt we needed maximum flavour and after trials with and without organic malts & hops, we were all in favour.

Bringing more bright fruit character to that big berry base, this juicy number has tonnes of attitude, four tonnes in fact! This is our biggest fruit addition for this beer yet and to match we’ve gone bolder with the ABV too. Taking inspiration from some of our favourite natural wines, for this year’s hybrid we allowed the juice to start wild fermenting naturally on skins before blending with wort and pitching an expressive wine yeast.

We also kept a bit of the brew to age in Pedro Ximenez barrels, before blending it together.
