Maris Otter, rolled wheat and a well-measured dose of Munich and Carared malts lay down a runway of warm, rounded toasty notes and give ample support to let the new seasons hop characters take flight. Loral, Cryo Mosaic, and Citra sourced from our great friends at the legendary Loftus Farms in Moxee, Washington sends aloft notes of light passionfruit, mango, rockmelon, and blueberries. Hints of sweet jasmine and potpourri swoop and swirl in and around candy notes that compliment the rich warm malt tones and touch down for a perfect landing with a satisfyingly balanced finish.

We’ve teamed up with Protect Our Winters Australia to bring you our second collab beer for season 2024 – the POW Whiteout White IPA. This Belgian-inspired White IPA combines the best of both worlds: a hazy, hop-forward IPA with the refreshing character of a wheat beer.
Brewer’s Notes: “A Belgian-inspired White IPA, this hazy brew is hop-driven with a generous addition of wheat. The yeast imparts delightful notes of clove, spice, and banana, while the hops burst through with vibrant tropical and citrus flavours. Perfectly refreshing after those pow-chasing adventures!”
Malts: Pale, Wheat Malt, Malted Oats

In a quest to up the ante on the concept of the typical seasonal release, Four Seasons is a 4-part series in which the same lineup of raw ingredients is used in each of the quarterly releases across the year, adjusting only proportions to revamp the style to suit the season. The long, grey winter requires something to brighten the gloom of the short days while retaining enough vigour to warm the cockles from within. A Triple West Coast IPA perfectly pairs the vibrance of fresh hops with the bold intensity of a high-gravity style. Cozy, yet refreshing!

As we circle around to our yearly celebration of North American holidays, we’ve brewed a modern, somewhat “No Coast”, IPA. Expect some classic hop notes of fresh pine resin and bright grapefruit with subtle hints of sweet melon. This IPA pours pale with light body and a dry finish. A subtle underlying bitterness balances well leaving a very approachable and crushable IPA. It's good... eh?

A Dark Koyt? It’s our dark spin on the Dutch beer style from the 1500s which uses over 40 percent malted oats. The oats and dark malts giving a nutty chocolate and caramel, while the local honey lightens the body before smooth vanilla. A twist on an old school brew where winter nights mean cold flat rides.

Yeah, quadruple-hopped, barrel-aged, double IPAs brewed with gold leaf and space dust are great, but have you ever had a pale ale? A good pale ale is a beautiful thing, and Tasty Pale Ale is a stunner. With punchy hop flavours of pine and stone fruit from the all-US hop line up, and a full-bodied mouthfeel, this brew is one tasty crowd pleaser. APPEARANCE: Golden. AROMA: Grapefruit, pine and stonefruit. FLAVOUR: Medium-bodied and hop-forward. Clean, dry and fruity on the palate.

This 6% Oz/American style IPA is dangerously sessionable, has a slight hazy golden hue, balanced bitterness and a refreshingly dry finish. Massive tropical/citrus dry hop character brings it home. Originally by the first YH brew team but has been revised over time.
