Beer description: Alpha Queen is our flagship beer… It was the one we made in our garage, and the first one we released… It’s a hoppy hybrid pale ale. We use a base of UK malt, loads of American hops (Citra, Centennial, Cascade) and our house strain of yeast. All these combine to create a hoppy, but very drinkable pale ale.⠀
