High Tides IPA - New England
6.6% ABV
Katoomba, New South Wales
We were stoked to be given the opportunity to brew with HPA’s newest proprietary hop - Eclipse. HPA are Australia’s largest hop growers and they reckon that Eclipse is the fruitiest hop they have ever grown. So what bettwr way to show it off than in a juice bomb NEIPA. We hope you get swept up in the rising waves of Summer fruits like we did.
And Everything Under the Sun Is In Tune IPA - New England
Glen Iris, Victoria
But the sun is eclipsed by the moon... Classic lyrics that seem more relevant then ever. Our friends at HPA offered us the chance to brew with a hop we fell in love last year when we collaborated with a brewery from across the way. Brewed only with Eclipse and Dry Hopped at 9.5 g/L, this NEIPA layered with Wheat, Chit, and Rolled Oats explodes with mandarin and stone fruit across the palate. We can't wait to add this to our library of hops as we conitnually explore combintations and the resulting flavours! Cheers and Drink Fresh!
Hop Hype Eclipse Pilsner - Other
30 IBU
Burswood, WA
This beer is a modern and hoppy twist to a Czech inspired base Pilsner made with bohemian malts and HPA's latest hop Eclipse. Generous dry hopping leads to a sweet mandarin on the nose with fresh pine needles. Great Summer quencher anytime, anywhere
Crimson Crescent Red Ale - Other
Beechworth, Victoria
Crimson Crescent is a hoppy red ale, in an Australian style. Bringing huge citrus + pine feels courtesy of NE Victoria’s new hop hero, Eclipse*. The heavy hop dosage is balanced out with a a lush malt bill, making for a complex and gratifying finish. * This beer was made in conjunction with Hop Products Australia to celebrate the official release of their newest hop Eclipse (FKA HPA-016).
Ground Control IPA - American
Footscray, VIC
Take your protein pils and put your helmet on, as this hope driven WCIPA takes you to outer space. Ground Control is stacked with some of our favourite hops, showcasing just landed Eclipse, bringing hints of manadarin, stone fruit & pine.
Single Hop IPA HPA-016 IPA - International
Marrickville, New South Wales
HPA-016 is an experimental hop variety from Hop Products Australia. This Single Hop IPA delivers a beautiful array of tangerine & pineapple aromas with a distinct resinous & piney finish. Enjoy!
Bridgewater Blackout Dark Ale
30 IBU
Berriedale, Tasmania
Dark in colour but not in nature. This American style Dark Ale pays homage to its lighter color siblings with big fruit and pine characteristics and a hint of resin featuring HPA's newest hop release, Eclipse. Rounded out with a smooth malt flavour featuring biscuit, caramel and roasted qualities often seen in dark heavy roasted beers but without the additional bitterness.
Turn Around Bright Eyes IPA - American
Seaford, Victoria
DDH OAT CREAM IPA. Hopped Heavily & Exclusively with "ECLIPSE" HPA's Newest proprietary Hop. Contains Lactose
LUNA Wheat Beer - Witbier
12 IBU
Newstead, Queensland
It doesn’t take a sharp wit to realise that Belgians know a thing or two about beer. Their approach, dedication and history have formulated much of how the modern world appreciates beer, in all its forms; so now we pay homage to a classic Belgian spring style, the Wit. A TART, MALTY BODY SETS THE CANVAS FOR ORANGE ZEST AND DELICATE YEAST ESTERS. USING THE NORWEGIAN KVEIK YEAST, WE HAVE DIALLED BACK THE CLOVE-LIKE CHARACTERS, ALLOWING THE CITRUS TO BECOME MORE OF THE HERO. ACCENTUATED BY ACTIVATED CILANTRO SEEDS AND ORANGE PEEL IT’S A TILTING OF THE HAT TO THE ANCIENT STYLE, WITH EYES FIRMLY SET ONWHAT’S AHEAD. NOT YOUR AVERAGE HALF-WIT.
Don't Stare Farmhouse Ale - Saison
Uralla, NSW
Big shout out to Hop Products Australia, and it’s new Eclipse hop - a cracker! Single hopped ith Eclipse, blood orange and mandarin falvours dominate this India Saison.. fermented to bone dry with a saison yeast and hopped like a hazy. Please... don’t stare.
Lunar Eclipse Lager Schwarzbier
30 IBU
Kirrawee, New South Wales
A delicious, single-hopped, cola coloured Lager with an aroma of subtle roasted malts, mandarin and citrus peel, a balanced bitterness and smooth Lager finish.
Total Eclipse of the Hop Pale Ale - International
45 IBU
Spotswood, Victoria
Celebrating the Eclipse hop, this pale and hazy XPA bursts with pine, mandarin and notes of fresh citrus peel.
