Beer Description: We all came up winners when a brewer, lumbered with organising the cool-room hops, discovered a hidden box of BRU-1. This hard to find varietal had been delivered late one night as we rested, ready for an early start. We had to brew with it immediately. We couldn’t wait to taste the spicy, tropical pineapple alongside a healthy dose of Eclipse and Citra Cryo.

What does this have to do with Tapioca and its deregulation? Honestly, nothing. And that’s OK too. We just wanted to play with some new hops and share this ripper of a hazy pale.
