Beer Description: A wonderfully fresh and juicy pale ale with a unique tropical summer twist. A bounteous supply of cold pressed pineapple and lime juice was added to the beer during fermentation. To complement the light malt base we’ve used with two brand new US Hops: Sabro and Sultana, giving a whack of coconut and tropical fruit. Finally trayfuls of in house toasted coconut were infused during the later stages to round out the beer.

Beer Description: Dunkelweizens are a traditional German dark wheat ale. Classic Dark Haze was made in the traditional manner, open fermented to give the characteristic banana and clove yeast flavours. It was can conditioned with high carbonation to achieve a creamy texture. German wheat beers are the original hazy beers having a cloudy appearance due to suspended yeast and wheat proteins.

Beer Description: Hāpi, the Maori word for hop, inspires this truly Pacific pale ale. Brewed with New Zealand barley and the best of the Kiwi hop harvest, Motueka, Wai-iti, Riwawka and Nelson Sauvin. Assertively hoppy - exceptionally drinkable.

Beer Description: Founded by Peter Joseph Früh in 1904, Früh are a historic brewery based in Cologne, Germany which is known for producing the beer of the region: Kölsch. The Kölsch style is protected by law, so only beers brewed around the city can bear the name. Luckily for us, that's exactly where we brewed our collaboration beer: King Kölsch. The style is unique as it uses top fermenting yeast (commonly used in ales), but is then lagered at low temperatures like you would a Helles or Pilsner. Dangerously drinkable, with a pristine balance of soft malt and delicate hops. The beer pours pale gold in colour, with floral aromas and light fruity notes.
