Summer Ale

Summer Ale Blonde Ale

4.7% ABV
Brewery: Mountain Goat Beer
Location: Richmond, Victoria
Beer Description: Summer Ale was brewed with long Aussie summers in mind, but can be enjoyed all year round. This hot-weather favourite is loaded with fruity, crisp characters, and has minimal bitterness. The hop aromas of melon and passionfruit add a pleasant floral character, and complement the subtle fruitiness on the front-palate. The finish is crisp, dry, and as refreshing than diving straight into the pool on a hot day.

South Pacific Dream

South Pacific Dream Pale Ale - Australian

4.1% ABV

Brewery: Nomad Brewing Co.
Location: Brookvale, New South Wales
Beer Description: Our take on the classic Pacific Ale style. Tropical on the noise and low bitterness. This classic Pacific Style Ale, has been brewed as the perfect go to beer for all occasions. Created with a blend of American and Pacific Hops, big on the nose but easy on the pallet.
Pony Lager

Pony Lager Lager - Helles

4.5% ABV 

Brewery: Prancing Pony Brewery
Location: Totness, South Australia
Beer Description: The Festbier Helles Lager is a pale lager brewed in the style of a traditional Munich Helles, first created in 1894. Golden in colour, with low hop bitterness, complimented by the fresh and slightly toasted malt aroma and flavour. Balanced with delicate hints of flowery, herbal noble hop notes. Refreshing and crisp, but not dry. Limited release beer celebrating Oktoberfest. Vegan Friendly Lager brewed in the Adelaide Hills.

Deeds Draught Lager - American

4.2% ABV

Beer Description: A bright, clean and refreshing lager made with 20% maize adding a balanced creaminess to its crisp finish. Hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, evoking slight notes of mandarin oranges. ◉ Hops: Mandarina Bavaria, Warrior
Celtic Red Ale

Celtic Red Ale Red Ale - Irish

5.3% ABV
Brewery: Bridge Road Brewers
Location: Beechworth, Victoria
Beer Description: The Celtic Red Ale is classed as an Irish Red Ale in beer speak. It presents a wonderful deep red hue and a creamy off white head. The Red Ale has a big malty body owing to the use of caramalised malts and roast barley. The flavour is slightly roasted with smooth notes of chocolate, toffee or Jaffa, bringing back childhood memories of the occasional Jaffa that was actually consumed and not just thrown at the back of someone’s head. The malts are back up with the use of noble hops to provide a good lick of bitterness. At 5.3% this one is sure to make you merry.

Beer Description: One of our most popular and award-winning beers! Hazy, juicy and with a citrusy hop aroma – finishing off with intense flavour and a great mouthfeel. Featuring Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Mosaic hops – this beer will bring out the Jedi in everyone. Unfined and unfiltered, J JUICE pours quite hazy in the glass with a bright orange colour.

DISCO

DISCO Pale Ale - New England

5.2% ABV

Location: Newstead, Queensland
Beer Description: DISCO is a fresh and hazy pale ale that's been double dry-hopped for an extra level of hop luxury. We've sourced hops from our favourite suppliers in the US and New Zealand to give us the utmost control over the flavour of our beloved DISCO. You can expect a medium-full mouthfeel with a light and fluffy carbonation. Juicy notes of fresh melon and passionfruit burst through, with a late hit of orange zestiness to finish. The bitterness is low but lightly present and brings with it an element of ultimate crushability. It’s been made to fit in perfectly at any backyard party, afternoon picnic or as the ultimate crusher after a long day.
Double West Coast IPA

Beer Description: Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Bracket Brewing this dry hopped sour has something for everyone. Hopped generously with some of our favourites - Citra, Simcoe and Motueka, this beer is the best of both worlds - sour and juicy, tart and fruity. Notes of zesty citrus and tropical stone fruit shine against a bright sourness. Soured with Philly yeast then pitched with our favourite hazy strain this one brings it all to the party. We think it’s firkin good - have a quack at it!
Day Shift

Day Shift Pale Ale - New England

5% ABV 
Brewery: Working Title Brew Co
Location: Brisbane City, Queensland
Beer Description: It’s getting hawt in Vegas! So for this Hazy we’ve lightened up the body a touch, and brought out the Tropicana a bunch more. Our normal besties Talus and Nectaron are met with Centennial to bring out the pine and floral character for complexity. A big old snifter of lime, pine and pineapple hits ya first, the mouthfeel is a touch thinner than previous Hazies, to bring forth that smashability. The flavour is all tropical with banana, passionfruit and coconut balanced by some citrus and grassy hop notes.
Experiment 102

Experiment 102 IPA - New Zealand

6.5% ABV

Location: Footscray, Victoria
Beer Description: The unique flavours and aromas of this beer come from an experimental hop varietal called NZH102 – thanks to our mates at Bract Brewing Programme and NZ Hops. You’ll experience a juicy bouquet with red fruit, tropical and citrus notes. The addition of Nelson Sauvin brings out crushed gooseberries and spicy black pepper. Pouring with a pillowy white head, it’s an experiment you’ll want to repeat over and over again.

Beer Description: Tides is a brand new IPA brewed for the summer months with Sabro LUPOMAX™, Citra, Galaxy and Kohia Nelson from our pals at Freestyle hops. This super hazy number is a juicy little treat. Filled with aromas of pineapple and passion fruit that flow though to soft flavours of succulent cantaloupe, white grape and lychee. The finish is dry and refreshing, perfect for the incoming summer heat!
Mood Lighting

Mood Lighting Lager - Munich Dunkel

6% ABV

Beer Description: Sometimes, there’s nothing like a silky smooth Munich Dunkel to set the mood. Delightfully soft and well rounded, it casts a gentle amber hue without being too dark. A voluptuous yet understated malt bill featuring caramel and Munich malts make it the perfect lager to dial in the ambiance for a sultry evening sip. Turn the lights down a little and enjoy.
Gantry Crane

Beer Description: Na Zdravi! Our tip of the hat to one of the world's greatest beer styles. Painstakingly brewed to the best of our old-world abilities with Bohemian malts and Czech hops. This beer underwent a lengthy step-mash, was fermented cold and further cold conditioned forever.

Beer Description: Crisp Lemon and a hint of Sage right up front, followed by a nice and smooth Cracker-Malt character, wrapping up with notes of sun-dried Lemons, fresh Baguettes, and that ultra-clean Kolsch finish we all know and love. Eminently crushable, rooted in the Classic Kolsch, and firmly boasting a New-School edge.

Beer Description: This aromatic, contemporary, tropical style IPA is full of dreamy stone fruit and citrus-like bitterness, thanks to the abundance of dry hopping using US varieties Idaho 7, Cashmere, Amarillo and Sabro. It finishes dry on the palate and will be sure to tantalise the taste buds all summer long.
