Korben D. Double IPA IPA - Imperial / Double
8.5% ABV
70 IBU
Five Dock, New South Wales
One of our very first limited releases, Korben D is the granddaddy of our IPA range. We brew this multiple award winning beer only two or three times a year to ensure it always goes out super fresh, and is consumed fresh, before it gets re-brewed. Chock full of classic American hops (Simcoe, Centennial, Mosaic), there’s big passionfruit and tropical fruits up front, followed by a gentle sweetness and then a great bitter finish which brings it home and ties everything together superbly. Korben is a superbly crafted IIPA which balances hefty ABV and hops with balance and finesse; a nuanced brute that showcases our brewers’ skill and prowess.
The Horses Head Red Ale - American Amber / Red
Miss Tiki Sour - Fruited
5 IBU
Silverdale, Auckland
Our springtime seasonal release from our Tiki Range of fruit cocktail inspired sours. Zesty grapefruit dominates this refreshing kettle sour, with a subtle Lychee sweetness giving an added depth of flavour. Get up and Hula with Miss Tiki!
Social Jam Pale Ale - American
Moffat Beach, QLD
Our Social Jam is an American Style Pale Ale that is full flavoured, has a medium to light body, an enticing tropical aroma and a nice balancing bitterness. Most American Pale Ale’s have alcohol levels pushing up to and over 5% but we have deliberately kept the booze a little lower on this one so that you can have a couple without getting into too much strife. Australia has the perfect climate for session beers but we felt there was no reason to drink insipid flavourless lagers when we could make an easy drinking yet full flavoured Pale Ale. Champion Session Beer, Independent Beer Awards of Australia (The Indies), 2018.
Higher Now Pale Ale - American
Revelation IPA IPA - American
70 IBU
Salisbury, QLD
With a 100% Australian hop bill this beer was unleashed to showcase the world-class hops we grow locally. A well balanced but firmly bitter fruit bowl of pineapple, mango and apricot. Hops: Enigma, Ella, Vic Secret Replaces the Australian Psycho IPA with a tweaked recipe.
Armageddon IPA IPA - American
66 IBU
In the beginning, there was nothing. Then an impish brewer piled a ludicrous amount of hops inot a batch of beer. This zymurgical big bang is Epic Armageddon, an apocalyptic assault on your preconceptions and taste buds. It may be too huge for this fragile planet so enjoy this beer like it was the last one on Earth
Apple - In the Crumble, the Mighty Crumble Sour - Other
10 IBU
Abbotsford, Victoria
A-weema-weh, a-weema-weh In the crumble, the mighty crumble, This beer is heaps alright. In the crumble, the apple crumble, This beer will heaps delight. A Weeeeeee….. This Apple Crumble Dessert Sour has a tasty malt bill with a strong stewed apple flavour, delicious cinnamon and vanilla notes and a nice tartness to boot!
Midnight Barley Cowboy Hopped Porter Porter - American
50 IBU
Camperdown, New South Wales
MIDNIGHT BARLEY COWBOY HOPPED PORTER is an American-style Porter; a hybrid between an Irish Dry stout and a hop heavy India Black Ale. Rich chocolate malt on the palate gives way to a dry and smooth finish. This beer is lightly smoky from the peat smoked malts with pine on the nose. A perfect accompaniment to desserts and an equally ideal drink for both hop lovers and dark beer lovers.
Moondancer IPA - International
40 IBU
Burleigh Heads, QLD
Well, it’s a marvellous night for a moondance, an IPA with the sophisticated melody of Samba, Sabro and Strata hops. Harmonious aromas of juicy tropical fruits, coconut, candy and orange tangerine whisper and shine like smooth jazz soul. The velvet malt body calls out with the rhythm & blues that only un-malted barley, wheat and oats can provide. Best enjoyed in the night’s magic or a lazy afternoon.
Doss Blockos 'Merry Jane' Pineapple OG Other
Melbourne, VIC
Strain #2 Pineapple OG is phat and juicy. This original gangsta has been hip-hopped to create a fresh hemp session ale with a punchy pineapple tang... Take a deep breath. Inhale the tropical aromas. Feel the change in the air for as long as it lasts with our special edition brew, Pineapple OG
First Tracks Stout - Coffee
Fyshwick, Australian Capital Territory
Coffee Oatmeal Stout - brewed with chocolate wheat, roasted barley, dark crystal malt, tolled oats and freshly roasted Barrio Collective Coffee beans steeped in the mash finished with cold brew in the ferment.
KAIJU! Cthulhu On The Moon IPA - Black / Cascadian Dark Ale
60 IBU
Dandenong South, VIC
The beer on the moon sucks. Ask Cthulhu - he knows the gravity's too low. Partial to an oxymoron, when he's thirsty he always reaches for a KAIJU! Black IPA... and destroys it. Two-time gold medal winner at the AIBAs. A complex malt bill, yet refreshing beer delivers layers of roasty flavors, coffee and panela, offset by a herbaceous hop profile.
Lo-Fi Citrus Mid Wheat Beer - American Pale Wheat
26 IBU
Myaree, WA
A crisp, American-style wheat beer that is dry-hopped and infused with orange and grapefruit for a refreshing finish. The wheat gives the beer body without adding sweetness, and the bitterness makes Lo-Fi and moreish, thirst-quenching beer.
Aro Noir Stout - Other
Wellington City, Wellington
Aro Noir is a pitch black and full flavoured stout. At its heart is a blend of four malts, with Columbus and Summit hops, creating a citric bitterness and aroma that marries nicely with the roast malt character. Yes, it is inspired by the darkness of a Wellington winter in Aro Valley, but truly it is a stout for all seasons. Join us on the dark side.
West Coast IPA IPA - American
55 IBU
Seaford, VIC
Our Take on a West Coast IPA. A little less Bitterness than traditional with a Lean body for the Hops to really shine through. Tropical Fruit, Citrus, Orange, Grapefruit, passionfruit with a touch of pine.
Doss Blockos 'X' XPA IPA - Session / India Session Ale
Melbourne, VIC
Doss Blockos X marks the spot to a treasure trove of tropical hops. Our XPA provides just the right amount of bitterness to balance out the malty goodness. This is brewed for drinking. Your New X.
Moon Dog Lager Lager - Pale
