Whoota RIPA IPA - Red

Beer Description: Hoppy and bitter with an ABV in the mid 6%’s this Red IPA balances the sweet caramel / malt of an amber / red ale and the hop-forward flavours and aromas of an IPA. Brewed with Eureka, Cascade and Citra hops and generously dry hopped this IPA is flavourful and very drinkable. Named after Whoota Whoota lookout in Wallingat National Park which offers breathtaking views - in one direction over vast stretches of eucalypt forest and in the other direction over Wallis Lake and the NSW mid-North Coast coastline.

Underground Summer Grisette
4% ABV

DKAT Centennial IPA - Imperial / Double
8.5% ABV
Brewery: Deeds Brewing
Location: Glen Iris, Victoria
Beer Description: Social media is a special place. We always like to take note of the most enjoyable comments we see out there. One of our favourites had to do with a particular hop. The drinker stated, “Don't Know About That [...] Hop!" However, the focus of their vexation didn’t appear in the dry hop, and only in the beer in an amount that it wouldn’t have registered even on the most sensitive of palates. Welcome to our series where we explore seeing what hops can do solo! Enjoy this classic re-imagined: Centennial! Brewed in partnership with Ellerslie. Growing and supplying hops in Australia for over 85 years.

BentShovel Extra Belgian Ale (XBA) Belgian Strong Dark Ale
6% ABV
32 IBU
Brewery: BentSpoke Brewing Co
Location: Braddon, Australian Capital Territory
Beer Description: I first met Chuck Hahn almost 30 years ago at his Hahn brewery in Camperdown, NSW. Back in 1990, I helped out with manual labour on the pack line. Back then taking a few underfilled bottles of Sydney Bitter home was great for a uni student! I was known for using hops and Chuck was known for making sessionable ales. We both judge beer competitions around the world - most recently at the WBC in Nashville where BentSpoke and Malt Shovel Brewery were 2 of only 3 Australian breweries to win medals. It’s good to see this collaboration finally come to ‘brewition’ almost 30 years later! The Belgian inspired series continues this year with an XBA. Extra Belgian Ale. A rich malty ale using a farmhouse yeast to give nice estery notes.
IIPA IPA - Imperial / Double
9% ABV
Brewery: Hawkers Beer
Location: Reservoir, VIC
Beer Description: Hops, more hops, and then more hops again. That’s our approach to this massive IIPA, which is brimming with juicy and fruity hop notes balanced by prominent bitterness and a full and lush body. Proceed cautiously, it’s dangerously drinkable.
Calabaza Blanca Farmhouse Ale - Other
4.8% ABV
15 IBU
Brewery: Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales
Location: Dexter, MI
Beer Description: Calabaza Blanca is a low-calorie farmhouse white ale brewed in Belgium's bière blanche tradition. Spiced with orange peel and coriander, you'll find it refreshingly tart, with a wonderfully dry finish. A year-round favorite for sure!
Classic Haze Hefeweizen
5.6% ABV
Brewery: Slow Lane Brewing
Location: Botany, New South Wales
Beer Description: Hefeweizens are a traditional German wheat ale with the name literally translating to “yeast wheat”. They are the original hazy beer, having a cloudy look due to the yeast strain used and the large amount of wheat. While popular in its motherland, hefeweizens remain an underrated style, especially in Australia. Classic Haze was brewed using old world methods. It was open fermented to help the yeast develop the desired complex flavours and can conditioned to achieve the required high carbonation levels.
The Damned Pilsner - Other
4.8% ABV
Brewery: Hop Nation Brewing Co
Location: Footscray, Victoria
Beer Description: Crisp and refreshing, THE DAMNED has been crafted with all NZ hops – Riwaka and Motueka hops highlight the profile. Classic Pilsner character with a distinct modern hoppy twist and big citrus all around. THE DAMNED pours with a spectacular head.
KAIJU KRUSH! Pale Ale - American

Beer Description: A super-clean malt profile allows the shipload of juicy tropical fruit flavours to arrive on the desert island of your palate unhindered. And it comes in a can, so after you Krush it, you can Krush it. After generations of KAIJU! interacting with the local flora, a new species arose. The FRUJUS found the balmy weather and laid-back pace in tropical climes to their liking, settling many remote islands, but always on guard for those who would seek to exploit their mouthwatering juiciness and impeccable balance.
Hopsmith IPA IPA - American

West Coast IPA IPA - American
7.2% ABV
75 IBU

Stout Stout - Other
6.1% ABV
