This hazy IPA is made with purified water, pale malts, East Coast Ale Yeast, and the king of all hops, Mosaic. Low bitterness gives it considerable appeal, while forty kilos of post ferment hop additions ratchet up the fruit factor. Like, to eleven… It pours a luminous yellow, with a characteristic haze. Expect aromas of pineapple, candied strawberry, and crushed pine. On the palate, ripe pawpaw, malt sweetness and soft, pillowy mouthfeel.

Each Autumn, we honour the ancient technique of our brewing ancestors with the ritual of adding wood-fired stones to our kettle to create a bold, but approachable porter. And so it is again for Stone Beer 2023. This year's brew was created using choice Australian and German malts, with aromas and flavours of coffee, rich dark chocolate and hints of subtle smoked barley. Our limited winter release pours near black and finishes with a rich, smooth malt character and firm bitterness. Best shared on a cold night over warm conversation.

We took a bus load from our Coffs Coast venues and bottle shops “Up The Hill” to brew a big collaboration beer! In the same profile as Gorge Drop we haven’t held back to brew a big hefty Double West Coast. A very lean and simple malt bill delivers the hops as intended. The bitterness is right through the pallet and creeps towards biter orange rind. The Lotus hops complement a big Simcoe profile with soft notes of orange. We’re in love with this year’s Red IPA - dubbed Infrared. The colour is undeniably alluring - a deep, dark red that glows ruby in the sunlight, but more important than that of course, is the taste! A rich malty red with just a hint of roast on the palate, and a touch of rye delivering that signature spice.
