Dripping In Green: Citra + Mosaic IPA - New England / Hazy
Beer Description: Dripping In Green: Citra + Mosaic is an IPA which we've bombarded with hops. We start with a light and glowing malt base that brings plenty of body and fullness. Citra and Mosaic in all their formats then come through with enormous tropical aromas. On the palate we're hit with a tantalizing mix of soft lychee and red berries, followed by tropical passionfruit mango and a hint of zest. The hop notes are intense and punchy, with a balancing bitterness that drips green all over your mouth. Ground Control 3 IPA - American
Beer Description: Fresh Hop IPA: On 21-Mar-22, we crash-landed on a divergent planet known as Rostrevor Hop Gardens in Myrtleford, Victoria. We found ourselves surrounded by fresh, luscious Vic Secret hops, which we plucked, loaded into our ship and delivered to the brewery. Upon opening this can, you’ll find yourself shrouded in a hazy cloud with the aroma of just-ripened pineapple. Ground Control 3 is an IPA, but not as we know it.
Lefties IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy
Beer Description: Lefties pours with a moderate haze, muting an otherwise vibrant orange hue. A dense but short-lived head dissipates with aromas of orange, mango and lemonade, leaving behind a fine effervescent carbonation. A pillowy and creamy mouthfeel comfortably carries a moderate and piney bitterness, with flavours of pithy orange, candied citrus and pine present in abundance. The bright hop profile in Lefties comes courtesy of fresh, Oregon grown Strata hops, offering up an abundance of tropical fruit character thanks to heavy-handedness in both kettle and fermenter. Old school Simcoe adds piney and grassy characters while some gentle overripe stone fruit esters also add fruity complexity to this bold East Coaster, all while cleverly hiding its 7.5 percent ABV. Lefties is a brewing feat; with its high alcohol, excessive hops, haze, thick mouthfeel and residual sweetness it should be big, brash & a little scary, but it isn’t. It’s balanced, measured & cleverly drinkable despite its bold character.
West Coast IPA IPA - American
Beer Description: An American style west coast India pale ale with bold hop presence and easy drinkability.

Hazy IPA IPA - New England / Hazy
Beer Description: Our Hazy IPA is super juicy, low in bitterness and bursting with tropical flavours. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Amarillo and Simcoe hops, this one is fruity drinking from start to finish and is an approachable, entry-level hazy beer. If you're a huge hazy lover or just on the hunt for something new, this fresh, floral and fruity little number is sure to be a new favourite fridge filler.
Rice Lager Lager - Japanese Rice
Beer Description: This Rice Lager was developed by PL brewer, James Russo, and is our first official crack at the style. We’re calling it Russ Lager down at the brewery, but you don’t have to. Brewed with Pilsner Malt, Acidulated Malt and a good whack of flaked rice, it’s been hopped with Motueka and Sorachi Ace. A full month in tank (that’s two weeks fermenting on German lager yeast and a further two conditioning) has delivered refreshment and complexity in equal parts. It pours golden and crystal clear. Expect aromas of frangipani and rice pudding, with lifted notes of dill. On the palate, it’s clean and savoury, with sharp carbonation and a mild, lingering bitterness. Malt: Pilsner Malt, Flacked Rice, Acidulated Malt Hops: Motueka, Sorachi Ace
