Beer Description: A juicy, hazy, hop bomb with a surprisingly restrained alcohol content. A generous addition of Golden Naked Oats and Mosaic, Columbus and Strata hops create a beer bursting with flavour, with a balance and body belying its moderate strength. A delicious hoppy offering that’s more than a match for even the richest burger.

We've got a lot of time for a good British Bitter, and we're pretty proud of how this one came out. This should please the geezers.
Aces And Eights Brown Ale - American
6% ABV
Brewery: 8 Wired
Location: Warkworth, Auckland
Beer Description: Poker is in our blood. In fact it is a true urban legend that our brewery was founded with money won in a poker game. But unlike a poor sucker dealt Aces and Eights - known as The Dead Mans Hand - were still alive and kicking. Just like the hoppy zip in every mouthful of this American- style Brown Ale.
Tino Pai Pale Ale - New Zealand
5.5% ABV
Brewery: From Ben.
Location: Marrickville, NSW
Beer Description: Tino Pai! The best! Too much! This hazy NZ Pale ale was brewed using some of my favourite nz hops & malt. Packed full of tropical fruit, backed up by some zesty lemon and lime. This is sure to have you coming back for more. Chur!
Strawberry Sour Sour - Fruited
4.9% ABV
8 IBU
Brewery: Beerfarm
Location: Metricup, Western Australia
Beer Description: When farmers are in need and fruit is going to waste... Who you gonna call? Our classic Berliner Weiss is the perfect base to show off the extraordinary quality of Western Australia's strawberries that would, in these unfortunate times, have otherwise gone to waste. Not only that, but a mighty 2 tonnes of them were added to the tank of this classic sour ale to give it that fresh fruit hit, quietly accompanied by a much more restrained addition of lime and mint. The resulting beer is an almost creamy, softly acidic and smoothie-like beer that is testament to the war on waste and supporting local farmers to save their harvest.
BrewDog VS Cloudwater: New England IPA IPA - New England
6.8% ABV
45 IBU
Brewery: BrewDog
Location: Ellon, Aberdeenshire
Beer Description: BrewDog vs Cloudwater is a 6.8% Vermont-style India Pale Ale, hopped with Mosaic in the whirlpool only. Without any big-hitting additions of hops in the boil, we carried the flavour by heavily dry-hopping the brew with Citra and Mosaic. Topping out at around 35IBU, we also used oats in the recipe to deliver the trademark smooth mouthfeel – and made it truly authentic by propagating a one-off culture of Vermont yeast, specifically for the brew. Malts: Pale Ale Propino, torrefied wheat and oats Hops: Mosaic and Citra Yeast: Vermont Ale (WLP4000)
Gone Green DDH IIPA IPA - Imperial / Double
8.2% ABV
80 IBU
Brewery: Colonial Brewing Co
Location: Margaret River, Western Australia
Beer Description: Over Summer we’ve put in over 100kW of solar power. So we’re making beer from sunshine. To celebrate this we’ve done an in-house brew comp, and the winning beer has got canned. Gone Green is our biggest hopped beer to date, featuring luscious stone fruit character from NZ Rakau and bitter resin and citrus from US grown Amarillo & Simcoe. A light malt body supports the huge juicy hop character and leaves a long bitter finish. Malt: Pale, Vienna, CaraPils Hops: US Amarillo, US Simcoe, NZ Rakau Yeast: American Ale Yeast Bitterness: 80 IBU
Barrel Aged Dessert In A Can - Salted Caramel Choc Chip Cookie Stout - Imperial / Double Pastry
11.5% ABV
Brewery: Amundsen Brewery
Location: Hauketo, Oslo
Lager Kölsch
4.6% ABV
Brewery: Mountain Culture Beer Co.
Location: Katoomba, New South Wales
Beer Description: For this taproom favourite, we use our reverse osmosis filter to strip the water back to a base level of softness. As a result, this Kölsch style lager, is super crisp, clean and endlessly refreshing.
Kolsch Kölsch
4.6% ABV
20 IBU
Brewery: Quakers Hat Brewing
Location: Manly Vale, New South Wales
Beer Description: A classic German style ale that marries a light malt body with subtle hop flavour, offering up slight flavours of honey and lemon on the back end. It pours a straw colour and has a dry to medium body. Soft carbonation makes this beer very drinkable and refreshing.
The Omen Stout - Oatmeal
5.5% ABV
Brewery: The Grifter Brewing Company
Location: Marrickville, New South Wales
Beer Desription: Oatmeal Stout
Dark Ale Dark Ale
5% ABV
30 IBU
Brewery: Moo Brew
Location: Berriedale, Tasmania
Beer Description: Dark Ale, is lightly hopped with American Simcoe, Centennial & Cascade hops and uses the darker end of the spectrum of crystal malts, making for a nicely roasted dark beer that’s surprisingly good for a session.
South Coast Pale Ale Pale Ale - Australian
4.4% ABV
Brewery: Pirate Life Brewing
Location: Adelaide, South Australia
Beer Description: This landmark pale encompasses our founding vision of ingenuity, our unwavering commitment to quality and the laid-back spirit of the South Coast - or as we Pirates prefer to call it, home. Once poured, peach and citrus drift from the pint, spurring imagery of backyard trees laden with fruit. The first mouthful sends pineapple, sweet malt and a gentle bitterness across the palate. It’s light-bodied, cruisy and brewed with the session in mind. We were born on the Nullarbor and raised in a shed on the Adelaide Plain, and while we continue to grow, some things will never change, like our passion for making great beer and our enduring love of the South Coast. South Coast Pale. Welcome home.
Calm Ya Farm Pale Ale - Australian
3.5% ABV
18 IBU
Brewery: Beerfarm
Location: Metricup, Western Australia
Beer Description: Here’s a mid-strength beer the brewers have thrown all their experience at to make sure you get all the flavour of an Australian Pale Ale but with only 3.5% ABV. All Australian malts & hops contribute to a chewy pale malt body along with the tropical fruit & spice characters from Galaxy & Topaz hops. Eat, drink and be only slightly merry!
