Beer description: Introducing experimental hop HBC 630, the hero of this hazy IPA story.⠀

With the same zealousness that we would Google stalk a Tinder date, we set about discovering all we could about this hop to figure out how to make it shine. Turns out, it has a candy-like sweetness thanks to big, fruity notes of raspberry, cherry and all the tropicals. To complement this, we cranked up the IBUs for balance and to give it a dangerously sessionable finish.⠀
