A hybrid pale ale, made with Belgian yeast and specialty malts giving light sweetness, spice and ultimate drinkability. This is a beer that showcases yeast and light malts working in unison.

PROCESS
A blend of light specialty malts for flavour and aromatics, fermented with Wyeast 3944 Wit Yeast to give light spice and clove notes. We have blended this beer with 10% barrel aged brett beer for light barrel notes.

We’ve priced this one very well, so you can keep a very competitive price on the shelf.

Another one of our Oktoberfest releases for 2024. As far back as the Middle Ages, Helles Bocks were traditionally released during the Spring and were famous for long conditioning times, packing a boozy punch and being exceptionally high quality. We’re keeping true to these long-standing brewing techniques to produce a balanced, slightly bitter, slightly sweet lager containing 100% German malt and hops. Prost!

Perfect for warming you up during your winter hibernation on the couch!

Berliner Weisse style ale brewed with two strains of Lactobacillus using traditional German kettle fermentation, and then a special ale yeast for secondary fermentation. 100kg of fresh, locally sourced raspberries were then added to the fermenter to help give this beer it distinctive colour, aroma and flavour.

Table beers are light bodied, low alcohol beers that were popular in medieval Belgium and France. They were designed as a casual beer that could be enjoyed by the masses at mealtimes. It is fermented with a mixed culture of Belgian Abbey and Brettanomyces Claussenii yeast to provide complex fruit and spice notes.
