We often get enquiries from overseas customers as to whether we allow international ordering (for delivery to an Australian address), e.g. sending beer or a beer gifts to an expat or best mate who is living in Australia.

Quick Tips When Placing An Order
When you do place an order here are some quick tips for ensuring your order gets processed easily:
1. Ensure you nominate an Australian delivery address. We do not send parcels internationally. If an international address is entered in the delivery address part an error message will appear and you will not be able to proceed through to the online check out.
2. You can nominate an international billing address if you like. Please note however we do not send hard copy invoice of purchases. Once your order has been placed a PDF invoice can be downloaded from the My Accounts area of the website or the order confirmation email can be used as an invoice.
3. Double check you have the correct delivery address. This saves the parcel attempting to be delivered and being rejected as the delivery address is incorrect.
4. Payment options. We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX for payment. There should be no issue with using an internationally issued credit card, however, from time to time there is an issue.
This is usually due to restrictions placed by international financial institutions on credit cards. If you are unsure or your card comes back with an error please contact your credit card provider. Also double check you are entering in the correct card details and you have sufficient funds on your card!
Gift Card Message
Another great thing to do is include a message for the recipient. During the check out online you will see a Delivery Information comment box. Simply type a message in this box and a gift card will be included with the parcel. For any other questions please contact us via email [email protected]
