Beer description: A Lambic-inspired Fruit beer. Young spontaneous ale aged in oak with farm-grown white Peach & Nectarine whole fruit for 10 months, then blended with 2-year-old Spontaneous ale. This beer has been bottle conditioned for 7 months, and strikes an exquisite balance between sour and fruit components.⠀
