What is the role of a Store & Warehouse Fulfilment Assistant?

Working within the warehouse and store team, you will be responsible for ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time, as well providing top notch service to customers in our retail store.

Does this sound like you?

- You are a proactive and adaptable learner.

- You like a varied day; this job will entail duties across multiple aspects of the business.

- Fit and Healthy – moderate/heavy lifting is involved.

- Experience in either alcohol retail and/or warehouse fulfillment is highly desired.

- An interest in craft beer.

What does that all look like in practice?

- Providing top notch customer service to customers in our retail store.

- Assisting with restocking our retail store.

- You will help the warehouse team pick, pack, and dispatch online orders.

- Helping with receiving and putting away of warehouse stock.

- Assisting with the packing of mixed packs.

Location: Beer Cartel, Sydney

Remuneration: $55-65k full time, depending on your skills and experience.

Hours: Full-time Tuesday to Saturday.
