Beer Description: This Cold IPA was brewed in collaboration with our good mate, DJ, from Mountain Culture. This beer was brewed in celebration of our shared love of Sydney’s iconic Chinese Seafood restaurant, Golden Century. It has been fermented with White Bay’s house lager yeast and heavily hopped with Riwaka and El Dorado hops.⠀
