Beer description: A classic pale and biscuit malt base, with just a hint of caramel, provides the necessary framework for oodles of pine-y, dank and citrus hops. Old faithful’s, citra, mosaic, and simcoe are met with some modern additions of strata, nectaron and incognito citra. We also double dry hopped for extensive hop flavour, extracting as much pine and resin as we possibly could.⠀

A brilliantly clear and effervescent IPA, it looks as good as it tastes. Pouring light orange from the specialty malts it presents with loads of dank resin, pine and grapefruit on the nose. A savoury maltiness combines with hop oils to give it a full mouthfeel, which is balanced by a firm citrus bitterness that does not linger.⠀
