Beer Description: NEW BREW!! We’re pumped to release the first instalment of our new Special Batch series where we’ll be showcasing some of our brewers’ favourite styles and ingredients in a small, limited run of something fresh and interesting. First up, head brewer Jamie’s Mosaic Heritage Pale - making use of a single malt / single hop recipe demonstrating the true flavour profile of Maris Otter Pale malt, and fresh American grown Mosaic hops. The result is a deliciously fresh and clean pale ale, with a distinct nutty malt character and tropical hop aroma and finish!⠀
