Beer is tops. Wine is tops. Therefore beer-wine hybrids should be tops as, right? We bloody well think so. We have been in touch with our friends at Little Reddie winery for quite a while, waiting for their pinot gris harvest to begin. As soon as it had, we laid down a brew and patiently awaited the arrival of these magenta globules of goodness so we could macerate them in our bubbling tank of sour beer. The resulting froff is a lipsmacking kettle sour with aromas of raspberries, zesty citrus and white bread. Thin in body and with a wonderfully complex, lengthy zippy acidty, this beer is sure to please beer and wine drinkers alike. Part of our Twin Harvest Release, alongside Sun Buzz Wet-Hopped Belgian Pale Ale.
