Back before all the fancy high impact aroma hops, we worked with slightly more subtle varieties. Some of which have become a little neglected in today’s market.

For this Hazy IPA we decided to load it up with some of our favourite underrated US hops (obviously Citra isn’t counted in this).

Working with a new (to us) yeast strain and having to finalise the label before the beer had completed maturation, we’re not game to comment on the character, but rest assured it wouldn’t have made it to you if we weren’t extremely happy with it! Couldn’t resist a second Arnie quote, forgive us.
