EKUANOT / NELSON SAUVIN / CITRA. We decided we wanted to make a DIPA and hero the early-harvest Nelson Sauvin we just received from Freestyle Hops in NZ. Big whirlpool additions of Ekuanot Cryo and double dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Citra. Expect crisp new world white wine character balanced by tropical fruits. If you’re wondering about the name, this yeast strain is affectionally known as the ‘Conan’ strain and we couldn’t miss the opportunity to quote Arnie.
