We find hops pretty amazing plants. The fact that their flavour and aroma can range so wildly from dank/herbal all the way to distinct tropical fruits.
For the first release of Spectrum we've pushed down the line of pineapple, well that was the intention.
We've selected hops well known to throw juicy pineapple characters and those that complement them such as Sultana, Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe.
