The Galactic Sunrise was very important for our factory, as it was the first DDH IPA (Double Dry Hop IPA). It is a beer with maximum turbidity that reminds us a lot of a fruit juice with the intense and spicy punch of hops. The use of Golden Promise malt provides an interesting pale golden color reminiscent of a sunrise seen from a galaxy far, far away.
