Wasted away in Margaritaville, searching for my lost shaker of salt. This beer was inspired by our desire to mix things up over lockdown. We got in to a bunch of frozen margaritas. Here we are at the OG version (we have many fun variants to come). A base of oats, wheat and some lactose to balance out a massive amount of lime juice along with Agave and Curaçao Orange to make this as close to a margarita in beer form as possible. Being a Gose it also has Organic Malborough flaky sea salt (maybe you can brim your glass in a good salt too?), to counter act the acidity from the lime juice. If life gives you limes.
