This year marks 21 years since we released our first limited release batch of Vintage Ale and once again, our brewers have used the finest seasonal ingredients to lovingly craft an ale that offers an intriguing balance of flavours within a unique, and very special flavour profile. Dry-hopped with Mosaic hops, this red Ale has complex aromas and flavour of tropical and stone fruit, underlined with pine and citrus hop notes and as with all of our Ales, there are no additives and no preservatives. Compass malt is used with the barley sourced from the Murray Mallee region of South Australia.
