Each year the Coopers brewing team creates a unique seasonal release. In keeping with its long heritage, the 23rd of Coopers’ Vintage brews does its name (and predecessors) justice. While Vintage Ale 2023 can obviously be enjoyed right away, we recommend putting a couple aside for cellaring and savouring at a later date.
Our Vintage Ale honours the pinnacle of brewing at Coopers. The 2023 Coopers Vintage Ale features Talus, an American dual-purpose hop giving intense aromas of citrus, flowers & wood, with grapefruit, stonefruit, oak, coconut, and pine on the palate. It is perfect to drink now, or if stored under cellar conditions, it will evolve and develop to become more complex.
