Ferny is a classic NZ Pilsner brewed with the experimental New Zealand hop named Hort 9909 combined with Gladfield and Voyager malts. The silver fern is the national symbol for our brethren over the ditch. So it was an obvious choice to use this name given ferns (Giant Tree Ferns) grow happily here in Currumbin Valley too.

This pale lager features a clear, golden sunshine apperance with tight pure white foamy head. Aromas of citrus, red apple, honey and subtle spice backed with citrus, bread, honey and a pleasant bitterness to crisp and clean up the palate. A dry and crisp body with a medium high spritzy carbonation.
