My watch has stopped at 1:17pm. I don' even know what day it is. Where am I? Who am I? All I know is I need to have a cocktail and they've run out of bar napkins. Stupid apocalpyse.
I don't feel I have the words to describe just how much I enjoyed this. Amazingly juicy, thick and sticky with enough bitterness to stop it from becoming sickly sweet, it was such a pleasure to drink.
For me, mostly stonefruit flavours with a little bit of citrus coming through - it just works so well.
I really hope Dainton pull the covers of this recipe again soon because it really was that good!

Boozy and tasty!
In typical NEIPA style, this has a fruity nose with a solid chunk of booze! Although it was not quite as juicy as I expected, this is another decent showing from our mates at Dainton!

strong on rum, not so much fruit
colour like pineapple juice. Rum evident in aroma, and flavour. Pineapple is too but only a little. At 8.2%, it could also have the rumoured effect of its cocktail namesake.
