  A risk that this time paid off!

  Trying to achieve flavours this weird in a beer is going to end in one of only 2 ways: tears or a truly remarkable beer. This is why the adventurous brewers at Dainton's either hit or miss. At least for me, this was a real hit, though I will understand why it may not suit everyone. The flavour of chocolate cookies, Vanilla, milk and cream certainly gives the impression of cookies whilst strangely not clashing with the hoppiness of being an IPA, and the mouthfeel, not too creamy and not to watery, matches perfectly.

  Glad to have tried it, but not sure I'd buy again. Just missed the mark for me.
